  • Need to reschedule? Give us 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If a session doesn’t hit the mark, contact us within 7 days. We don’t usually hand out cash back, but we’ll make it right—extra guidance, a follow-up session, whatever it takes to deliver value.
